EVO Group secures new financing arrangements to 2024

The EVO Group of Companies is delighted to announce that it has successfully secured new, simplified £90m
financing facilities to support its future plans.
After a competitive process including offers from its existing lenders, EVO Group has agreed new syndicated
facilities with Breal Zeta and Leumi ABL for the next 3 years to replace its existing facilities that were due to
expire in April 2021.

refinancing of our facilities. The fact that we have completed this process whilst still in the middle of the
pandemic and just before the next Brexit deadline is testament to the hard work and commitment of those

multi-channel sales, marketing and operational platform we have built.”

VOW Venture’s Virgin Wines Service

The VOW Venture Programme has launched its Virgin Wines service to all partners as a value added provision to drive incremental sales.

Part of the Virgin family, the Virgin Wines brand is not only well known, it’s also one of the world’s most irresistible names. VOW Venture’s special partnership with Virgin Wines will allow reseller partners to benefit from an exclusive corporate rate card for single, duo, trio, half dozen, dozen and bespoke wine choices.

Reseller partners can benefit from the service and help increase their sales by offering a case of wine as an incentive for orders over a certain value or as a personalised reward to loyal customers. They can also utilise the Virgin Wines service as a welcome incentive for new customers. Additionally, the service can be used to reward staff members for company schemes such as employee of the month or long service awards.

Banner awarded four year Scottish Government framework agreement

Banner has been awarded a framework agreement lasting up to four years by the Scottish Ministers for the provision of IT consumables.

Banner, which has a strong track record in helping the public sector to reduce its expenditure, will become the key supplier of IT consumables to government departments and public bodies across Scotland.

The bid was a team effort with many people across Banner demonstrating huge commitment and resourcefulness to achieve this result. Banner is looking forward to giving the highest levels of support to the Scottish Government and its partners over the coming years.


Green Light: Full Event Review

Opening to over 350 reseller delegates on 2nd December at the Birmingham Hilton Metropole, Green Light once again raised the bar as the industry’s premier event.

80 exhibitors including headline sponsors ExaClair, ACCO and Fellowes showcased new products and latest innovations at the exhibition to help resellers kick start plans for 2017. VOW’s Immersive Experience walkthrough stand took centre stage in the exhibition area with its showroom-style layout that featured reception, washroom, kitchen, office, meeting room and classroom environments with products relevant to each area.

Some of the product highlights from the exhibition included:
