VOW Wholesale Back on the Road

by | Oct 1, 2021

VOW Wholesale returned to the road during September 2021 with a number of key post pandemic events.

First up was the annual networking day held at Whittlebury Hall in Northamptonshire. Attended by over 80 reseller partners and 15 manufacturers, the sun shone as guests chose between a round of Golf, participating in Archery and Clay Pigeon shooting or spending much needed R&R time in the hotel Spa. The day culminated in a BBQ bringing all attendees back together and this much needed industry meet was positively received all round.

Following on, VOW Wholesale held its annual customer incentive trip to central London in mid September. 30 reseller winners and 6 supplier partners experienced what can only be described as the trip of a lifetime by most attendees. There was an abundance of hidden London gems on offer. Feedback was amazing and VOW Wholesale continues to demonstrate its commitment to rewarding its valued partners through such schemes with the return of the award winning Whiteout incentive in 2022.

VOW Wholesale rounded off September with a series of regional business update events held in the South, Midlands and the North to maximise the exposure and make them as accessible to as many resellers as possible.

Following previous success at the beginning of 2020, VOW Wholesale engaged with over 150 resellers face-to-face as businesses prepared to rebuild post pandemic. The updates focused on new opportunities, led by Adrian Butler, Managing Director alongside other senior members of the VOW Wholesale team.

Following a summary round up of the pandemic and the impact on the VOW Wholesale business and its recovery plan by Adrian, other updates focused on operational and transport developments over the pandemic, followed by Helen Wade (Marketing Director VOW Wholesale) discussing immediate reseller opportunities for the remainder of the year. Vanessa Warne (Furniture Category Director, VOW Wholesale) giving an update on the VOW Wholesale Furniture proposition for a category seeing a great bounce back and concluded with Debbie Nice (Business Development Director evo Group) giving insight into evolving marketing trends, future VOW Wholesale focus areas and changing consumer mindsets all of which were positively received.

Resellers were then invited for a networking lunch with the senior VOW Wholesale team on hand to answer specific queries and listen to reseller wants and needs moving forward.
