Truline delivering on Net Zero ambition with all-electric fleet

by | Jan 28, 2022

Our transport and delivery logistics company, Truline, is driving closer to Net Zero by adding four all-electric vehicles to its low-emission fleet.

Truline, an EVO company, is the complete carrier solution for some of the biggest direct and wholesale stationery, office products companies in the country, including Banner and VOW Wholesale, offering everything from standard to next-day delivery. The introduction of these electric vehicles (EVs) marks the latest step in the company’s committed and ongoing move towards Net Zero status.

Truline has invested in EV charging stations at their Lutterworth branch and further EV charging stations strategically placed throughout their distribution network. This will ensure its bespoke logistical offering will be able to comply as Cities introduce their Clean Air Zones in the coming months and years.

Truline Managing Director, Jonathan Rolfe comments: “The introduction of electric vehicles into our already ULEZ-approved fleet marks an important step in the company’s direction and ongoing commitment towards becoming net-zero. As a business that specialises in being on the road, transporting goods, it’s crucial that we’re able to support not only our own environmental goals, but also those of our customers.”

“At Truline, we pride ourselves on our ability to effectively service our customers to meet their exact needs and requirements. With eliminating city emissions at the forefront of the Government’s environmental plans, our new fleet of electric vehicles will give us the ability to continue offering our customers a complete end-to-end service.”.
