The Process
Our application process is deliberately simple. We understand that you won’t have lots of work experience at this stage, so we just want to understand what’s important to you and how we can help you reach your goals.
Once you fill out the form, you probably won’t hear from us for a few weeks. We’ll review all the applications once the deadline closes, and we’ll then invite all candidates who meet our selection criteria to attend their closest assessment centre and open day. If you’re not successful you’ll receive an email telling you why.
On the morning of the open day, you’ll learn about what evo is all about and how the apprenticeship scheme will work. You’ll have the opportunity to talk to managers within the business, as well as other colleagues who have completed an apprenticeship with evo.
You’ll then take part in a group task and one-to-one with a manager in the afternoon.
Following completion of the assessment day, we’ll follow up with offers to the successful candidates.
