Sales

Our sales teams are the beating heart of evo. If you’re a people-person who loves to win, sales might be the route for you. At the end of this apprenticeship, you’ll be leading end-to-end sales interactions with customers and managing sales internally within one of our sales channels.

Marketing & Creative

Whether you’re working with some of the biggest brands in the industry to bring their products to life, or helping our ecommerce team realise their ambitious marketplace goals for 2026 and beyond, our marketing apprenticeships offer a wide range of opportunities across the group. You’ll be assisting with campaigns, content creation, and understanding customer insights to promote our products and services.

Logistics & Operations

The backbone of our logistics network, our operations and logistics teams keep evo moving and giving you the chance to work within one of our large warehouses, picking and packing goods for distribution. Or you could be working from one of our distribution hubs or out on the road, supporting the movement, tracking, and delivery of goods to ensure orders arrive on time.

Supply Chain & Merchandise

Kickstart your career in supply chain and merchandise, working alongside our experienced teams to shape the range of products we offer to our huge and diverse customer base. You’ll be assisting our teams with stock planning, inventory, product ranges, and buying.

IT & Digital

Our IT and digital teams provide technical support to over 30 sites around the country. You’ll be learning how to maintain complex systems, and helping solve IT issues across the business, or creating digital content to support internal teams and online platforms.

Data Analysis

Want to be a whizz with spreadsheets? Our data teams tackle complex and technical business analysis challenges on a daily basis. You’ll be collecting and interpreting data to support reporting, decision-making, and business improvements.

Finance

As a multi-million-pound international business, employing over 2,000 people across the UK & Ireland, our finance teams are crucial to keep our business on the right track. You’ll be working in our Finance team to support with cash collection, accounts payable, treasury, payroll and accounting.

Business Administration

Helping across various business areas with a wide range of business tasks including sales support, planning, data analysis, coordinating activities, and supporting with other day-to-day office operations.

Engineering

Learn a highly sought-after and technical trade, working alongside our experienced engineers to maintain, repair, or develop operational equipment and systems.

The Process

Our application process is deliberately simple. We understand that you won’t have lots of work experience at this stage, so we just want to understand what’s important to you and how we can help you reach your goals.

Once you fill out the form, you probably won’t hear from us for a few weeks. We’ll review all the applications once the deadline closes, and we’ll then invite all candidates who meet our selection criteria to attend their closest assessment centre and open day. If you’re not successful you’ll receive an email telling you why.

On the morning of the open day, you’ll learn about what evo is all about and how the apprenticeship scheme will work. You’ll have the opportunity to talk to managers within the business, as well as other colleagues who have completed an apprenticeship with evo.

You’ll then take part in a group task and one-to-one with a manager in the afternoon.

Following completion of the assessment day, we’ll follow up with offers to the successful candidates.
