Andrew joined evo in 2008 and held various board-level roles including Group Finance Director and Chief Finance Officer, before being appointed CEO at the end of 2022. In this time, Andrew has led a number of, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing exercises, most recently carrying out a management buyout to allow an exit for longstanding private equity investors, Endless LLP.
With a proven track record of advancement and achievement over the last 20 years in both industry and practice, Andrew’s career has been based on a very simple proposition: ‘I do what I say I’m going to do and I will deliver positive value adding change’.
Dan first joined the evo group in 2008 as a Contract Manager, and since that time he has held various roles within the group including Category Manager at Office2Office and Commercial Director at VOW Wholesale. Dan is now Group Commercial Director and oversees the individual Commercial teams across VOW, Banner and Complete. He is also responsible for the Business Analysis team within evo.
Dan uses his 17 years of experience in the office products industry to support the wider evo group commercial strategy, including forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and M&A planning.
Dan has a deep knowledge of the inner workings of the evo group, and his extensive experience in the commercial side of the business gives him invaluable insight into the complexities of evo’s operations and the wider industry.
With over two decades of experience delivering HR services within the private sector, Leanne’s role focuses on setting the strategic direction of our People Plan whilst ensuring the foundation of our business – our people, remain engaged, motivated and developed.
Leanne has specific expertise in merger and acquisition, Private Equity and Investors, and setting the HR scene at board level.
She is responsible for championing the Group wide People Agenda and leading on all aspects of HR covering Talent and Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Coaching and Mentoring and Employee Engagement.
Leanne believes that people are what makes any business successful and the investment in those people is critical for the longevity of that success.
John joined the evo board in 2025, having previously held senior positions at B&M Retail, Nisa, NHS Supply Chain and ASDA.
John has spent his entire career in Buying and Trading, developing deep expertise in buying, commercial strategy, supplier relationships, and team leadership.
John brings significant expertise and drive to our Buying function. John’s proven strength in retail buying and leadership will play a key role in driving evo’s continued growth and delivering even greater value for customers. John brings a wealth of experience to both our Buying team and the Trading Board, and we consider this to be a significant addition to evo’s leadership team.
Jonathan joined the organisation in 2008, and was promoted to Head of Finance in 2010 and most recently Chief Finance Officer in 2022. In this time Jonathan has been heavily involved in a number of transactions, integrations, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing exercises.
Jonathan’s finance career commenced with PwC servicing several high profile clients in various sectors including Construction, Finance, Manufacturing and Transport. Prior to joining EVO, Jonathan held senior finance roles at DB Cargo, previously EWS Railway.
With extensive business and finance experience, Jonathan has ensured that the EVO finance team is appropriately structured to support and meet the ever changing needs of the business.
Martin began his nearly 40-year career in the office products industry with a summer job in the Kingfield Heath warehouse. Since then, he’s held a wide range of roles at evo companies, covering almost every aspect of the customer experience, from sales and customer services to transport and logistics.
Following a 2-year stint at The OT Group where he held senior operations roles, Martin returned to evo as Group Logistics Director in December 2024. His role now encompasses Transport, Logistics, IT, Facilities and Health & Safety, giving him a wide-ranging view of the operations landscape at the evo group.
Martin is focused on ensuring the evo group operations are future-proofed and maximise efficiency. Since returning to the business, Martin has spearheaded a key route optimisation initiative, identifying £2.2 million in cost savings.
Peter has been a part of the evo group for the majority of the past 20 years, having joined the group as maternity cover in the finance team in 2004.
Since then, Peter has held various roles in the finance function, working across various businesses within the group including ISA retail, Office2Office, and as Finance Director for Premvan. He has also spent time outside of the industry, further expanding his knowledge of finance and how other businesses operate.
Peter has been instrumental in some of evo’s biggest M&A projects, including the purchase of the staples.co.uk license in 2020, along with supporting the business through banking changes during pandemic.
Peter brings his extensive knowledge of the financial side of the business to his new role as Director of Cost to Serve, where he is driving various projects to improve efficiency and realise cost savings.
Ashley Burke joined the company over 30 years ago and has worked in many aspects of the business. Her office products career started in Classic Stationery in 1992 and she moved to John Heath when it opened its first distribution centre in Ireland in 1995.
She has extensive knowledge in the office products industry and the golden thread through her 30 years at VOW has been the importance of the customer.
Adrian is the Managing Director of the UK Wholesale business, a leadership role he has held since 2010.
With deep experience in the industry, Adrian first joined the organisation in 1990. Throughout his tenure, he progressed through key roles in sales and operations, managing regional distribution centres and large sales teams during the company’s major transformations.
Adrian is recognised as a highly motivated leader with extensive channel knowledge. He has successfully led the wholesale business through significant market change and product diversification, growing its market share to become the largest broadline wholesaler in the industry. His focus remains on driving strong financial performance and strengthening crucial relationships across the wholesale channel.
Nick is Managing Director of Premier Vanguard, one of the leading GNFR suppliers in the UK.
Joining the business over 15 years ago as Sales Director, Nick has played a key role in driving product diversification. Looking beyond their heritage in paper rolls, Premvan now offer a full range of consumables and equipment across Hospitality, Pharmacy, Healthcare and Retail, while still retaining their position as the largest independent manufacturer of paper rolls in the UK.
Since joining the evo Group in 2019, the business has continued to grow significantly. As of 2025, Premvan’s turnover is now in excess of £30m. Nick’s focus is on continuing this momentum, aiming to make Premvan a £50m+ business in the next five years with the support and reach of the evo Group.
