Ally joined the organisation in an HR advisory capacity and held various roles before being promoted to Head of HR for EVO Group in 2016. She previously held HR roles at Anglia Television and Kettle Foods Ltd and also has extensive experience in the recruitment industry.

Ashley Burke joined the company almost 23 years ago and has worked in many aspects of the business. Her office products career started in Classic Stationery in 1992 and she moved to John Heath when it opened its first distribution centre in Ireland in 1995. She has extensive knowledge in the office products industry and the golden thread through her 23 years at VOW has been the importance of the customer.

Andrew joined the business 13 years ago as Merchandising Director of ISA. With the merger of Kingfield and ISA in 2007 Andrew took responsibility for the management of the group’s products and suppliers. Andrew was appointed to the Operating board in 2015. Previously Andrew had worked in various contract stationer and Wholesale merchandising positions and has accumulated over 28 years in the Office products industry.

Darren is a Google certified ecommerce and search specialist with over 15 years experience in successful online trading and promoting web visibility.
Passionate in driving change across the business in data and content, ecommerce platforms, and balancing the expectations of users and the business in fast changing online world from enhanced product data to mobile web trading.

Truline MD
Jonathan is the Managing Director for Truline which is a position he has held since 2017.
Jonathan joined the organisation in 1997 and has held a number of General Manager and Group Operational roles for office2office prior to the merger with Vasanta in 2014. Jonathan recently held the role as Group Operations Director for the Evo Group, prior to taking up the new role for Truline which provides all of the in-house and third party transport solutions for the Group.

Adrian is Managing Director of the UK Wholesale business which is a position he has held since 2010.
Adrian joined the organisation in 1990 within the telesales department of Neville & Gladstone and has held a number of roles in sales & operations, managing sales forces and regional distribution centre’s throughout the wholesalers transformation, leading the business through product and services diversification in an ever changing market place and growing its market share to become the largest broadline wholesaler within the industry.

Lorna is a qualified solicitor and has been with the EVO Group of Companies for 5 years. As the group has changed, Lorna’s role and responsibilities have grown. Having started as the legal counsel she was appointed as Company Secretary, then General Counsel and Corporate Services Director before moving into her current role. She now has overall responsibility for corporate governance across the group, strategy implementation and transactions. Prior to joining EVO, Lorna was an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP in the Corporate Reorganisation team.

CFO
Andrew has been with the business for 9 years, and was promoted to Group Finance Director 7 years ago. In this time the business has been through a number of transactions, integrations, acquisitions, disposals and refinancing exercises. Previously Andrew held a number of senior finance roles at EWS Railway, which culminated in the successful sale of the business. Andrew began his finance career with Deloitte serving a number of FTSE and US listed clients and is both US and UK qualified.
CEO
Steve began his career in the office products industry at I.S.A in 1991 selling telex and fax rolls and throughout his whole career has either been an employee, supplier or customer of one of the EVO Group companies.
After 7 years at I.S.A, during which he set up a reseller subsidiary in France and created the first Public Sector Division, Steve joined Kodak to help launch their Digital Imaging (Digital Cameras, Photo Paper and CDR) business in the UK & Ireland. Steve spent 7 years at Kodak that encompassed 5 different roles, 3 different countries of residence and sales growth to over $1bn and then took over as a Director of the small UK based toner and ink remanufacturer I.T Image. Following a successful factory relocation to Romania, this business was sold to Applied Film Industries and Steve re-joined the ISA Trading Group as Wholesale Channel Director responsible for Key Accounts and Export customers. 2 years later, in 2007, Pitney Bowes asked Steve to head up and re-organise their Supplies Business across Europe and the Middle East after which, in 2009, he accepted a position in the enlarged Vasanta Group as M.D of Supplies Team. Steve gradually widened his role to include responsibility for all of Vasanta’s Trading channels and joined the Vasanta Board in 2012.
After the acquisition and merger of the Vasanta and o2o businesses in 2014, Steve assumed the role of EVO Group’s Sales and Marketing Director within the newly formed group and has been heavily involved in steering the expansion and development of the group. Steve has held a position on the EVO Group Holdings Board since its formation in Q4 2014. Steve was appointed to the position of Group CEO in April 2016.

Ken brings to the board significant successful senior level experience of merger and acquisition and financing work, as well as of general commercial affairs. He is currently chairman of Stoke-on-Trent based DW3 Products Group, a strategic investor in innovative, high growth manufacturing companies in the fenestration sector. Earlier in his career, Ken was transactions director of energy recruitment specialists Air Energi, a consultant and acting chief finance officer for a Montagu Private Equity-backed management buy-out and a partner with Big Four accountancy practice Ernst & Young.

Steve Thomson was appointed Chairman of EVO Business Supplies from 1st August 2016, after a very successful 10 year spell at the helm of the drinks wholesaler Matthew Clark, during which he led a period of significant sales growth and operational transformation. Steve has a strong understanding both of Wholesaling and working with large Corporate clients and really understands the value of people and relationships across all aspects of business.
Non-executive director – Endless
Mat has been with Endless since the very beginning and leads the investment activity in the North West Market with over 20 years of experience in corporate restructuring, corporate finance and private equity. He’s been central to a number of deal teams throughout the history of Endless working on some of their most successful transactions including Vasanta/EVO, James Briggs, FMG, Bright Blue Foods, Essential Fleet Services and more recently CTI.

Andy joined Endless’ investment team in 2015 from PwC. Andy has over 16 years of experience advising regional corporates and their stakeholders through sales, purchases, restructures and refinancing projects and he now works closely with a number of Endless’ portfolio companies to keep things running smoothly.
Andy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and his 16 years at PwC included both a secondment to HSBC and some time on the trading floor at Lehman Brothers, but his time was principally spent based in Yorkshire advising local corporates and/or their various stakeholders through a wide range of potentially difficult situations. Since joining Endless in September 2015, this experience is now used working with a number of the Endless portfolio companies.
